Welcome to Burford & Co. By engaging our design, hosting, or tech services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following simple terms. We don't hide our parameters behind confusing legal jargon.
1. Service Scope & The Free Blueprint
Our "Free Blueprint" service delivers a 1-page design preview with zero initial obligation. If you choose to go live, your ongoing setup fee covers website hosting, SSL management, secure firewalls, and unlimited text or photo adjustments.
2. Payments & Subscription
Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription pattern starting on the day your full site officially goes live. Monthly accounts can be modified or canceled anytime with no structural termination penalties. Annual contracts lock in a 15% discount structure and renew automatically unless noticed beforehand.
3. Content Edits & Support Turnarounds
Our "Unlimited Small Edits" applies to routine text modifications, changing operation hours, swapping photographs, or updating price lists. Significant design overhauls or structural asset additions outside your initial tier plan framework may require a separate project quote.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full rights and ownership over all branding materials, copy profiles, images, and company logs provided to us. Websites built by Burford & Co. are hosted exclusively on our private managed infrastructure systems to ensure safety and code stability.
5. Service Limitations
While we back up our web servers nightly and actively manage security firewalls, Burford & Co. cannot be held liable for loss of business revenue due to unexpected external registrar outfalls, localized client hardware issues, or temporary third-party application disruptions.
